Yesterday was supposed to be the day when Google was supposed to turn off active-sync syncing for Windows Phone devices. However, as reported by engadget, at the last minute, Google has decided to extend the deadline. This is the second time Google has threatened to turn off active-sync but delayed their decision. Hopefully Microsoft will have CalDav and CardDav syncing in place for most Windows phone devices before the year ends in their GDR2 update.
