Apple released the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C a couple of months back and the general consensus has been that the iPhone 5S has proven to be a big hit while the iPhone 5C is still trying to find its target audience. Interestingly, an observation based on the data collected from Facebook ads in the US and UK shows that women are a little more likely than men to buy iPhones and much more likely to buy the iPhone 5C. Benedict Evans, the writer suggests that the reason for this could be that women are more careful with their spending habits (with phones) and women like colors.
